Mulled Wine Corretto

Mulled Wine Corretto

Ingredients: (serves 5)

180 ml espresso
1 litre mulled wine
120 ml grappa
2 tbsp honey

Preparation 
  • Heat the mulled wine in a saucepan until it is almost boiling.
  • Prepare the espresso.
  • Add the espresso, grappa and honey to the mulled wine.
  • Stir well and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
Serving suggestion
  • Serve the mulled wine in a clay jug.
  • Decorate with a cinnamon stick or orange.
  • Slowly pour the grappa over the mulled wine and light it.
